I'm the President of Moster Legal Placement Inc. ("MLP"). MLP is a legal placement company that specializes in the recruitment and placement of attorneys into law firms and Corporate Legal Departments. The company also provides placement services to paralegals, administrators, HR Professionals and other high-level legal personnel. MLP offers a separate service, called Interview BootCamp, which teaches job interview skills.

MLP works both with employers, such as Law Firm Hiring Partners and General Counsels, to assist them in recruiting qualified attorneys and other professionals for their openings, as well as with attorneys and other candidates who are seeking new positions. We work on a contingent basis, with our fee paid by an employer upon its hiring of a candidate we've presented. The Interview BootCamp division of our business provides interview coaching and on-camera practice services for individuals who are seeking to improve or refresh their job interviewing skills.

On the employer side, we represent large, medium-sized and smaller law firms that are seeking to bring on additonal Partners or Associates. We also assist companies of all sizes in finding attorneys ranging from General Counsels to Deputy General Counsels, Corporate Counsels and the like. The candidates with whom we work vary from Law Firm Partners and Associates seeking to move to another law firm or a corporation, to corporate counsel seeking another in-house or (more rarely) a law firm position. We provide the same services with regard to Legal Administrators, Marketing Professionals and other high-level indivuals.
