At Mark B. Since September of 2008, Mark has been a columnist for the San Gabriel Valley Psychological Association's bimonthly newsletter. In April 2010, the SGVPA won the award for most outstanding psychological association newsletter in California from the California Psychological Association and Mark's column was specifically named as a factor in that decision.

Columnists from the Pasadena Star-News, the Los Angeles Times, the Wall Street Journal and other newspapers use Mark as a resource for their columns. He has been interviewed on KTLA News by Manny Medrano.

In March of 2012, Mark will be a Keynote Speaker at The Divorce Expo, which is a program offering resources and information to the Detroit Metro community regarding positive and future oriented options for divorce and which is expected to attract over 10,000 individuals.

Mark will be a presenter at the 2012 California Psychological Association (CPA) Convention in Monterey, California on April 20, 2012. The presentation is titled: "What about family values? Facilitating rational problem-solving into an otherwise destructive divorce process."

On April 21, 2012, Mark will be a presenter at The State Bar Family Law Section CDR/ADR Standing Committee (South)'s Spring Symposium at Pepperdine.

Mark is also a member of the State Bar Consentual Dispute Resolution Standing Committee, an organization that drafts and reviews proposed legislation as it pertains to Family Law.
