I act as an advisor and consultant to clients interested in buying or selling a home. I've worked in San Francisco and the East Bay markets of Oakland and Berkeley for nearly 7 years. I approach my business not as a sales career, but as a trusted advisor to my clients, always putting their needs ahead of my own. I think relationally, vs. transactionally and this approach produces exceptional results and allows me to run my business 100% by referral.
 
I assist buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of single family homes, condos and multi unit properties in Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I work with sellers on a daily basis navigate the challenging decisions they face when facing possible foreclosure. My primary objective when I sit down with a distressed seller is to FIRST help them try and KEEP their home. If staying in the home is not feasible, I then act as their advocate, working directly with their lender to prevent foreclosure and complete the sale of the home via a short sale.
 
My typical client is a mid-level professional, working for a stable bay area company. My buyers tend to be newlyweds or they have a child on the way and are ready for their first home. Traditionally, my sellers are folks who have significant equity in their homes and they call on me for my skills and expertise in creating exceptionl ROI on improvements prior to bringing the home to market. However, in the current market climate, my typical seller tends to be someone who is experiencing financial hardship and needs to sell a home that is, unfortunately worth less than the amount due on the mortgage.
