This process usually begins when the Tenant’s office lease term is going to expire. The Tenant needs to decide to stay where they are or relocate to another office space. In both scenarios, we thoroughly and aggressively represent the Tenant: to assist in the renegotiation of their existing office lease or if relocating, then finding another space while assertively negotiating a new lease. We utilize creative planning, market surveys /site evaluations and vigorous lease negotiations to ensure that the Tenant minimizes their stress, frustration and time while getting the protection they need to achieve the best economic terms and conditions the marketplace will allow.
Our Tenant Representation is utilized during the lease term if the Tenant needs to expand, contract, deal with economic challenges, review the operating expenses and/or rent increases, interpret the lease language and/or needs support in disputes with the Landlord.
Regardless if a Tenant is a small local firm or national with multiple locations around the country; all Tenants receive the highest level of service, including flexibility, responsiveness and commitment.
From the inception, we develop an understanding of the Tenant’s operational needs thereby affording a level of consistency from transaction to transaction. We develop and maintain long-term working relationships and provide consistent quality service.
We build a strong foundation with accountability to the Tenant by way of a single point of contact. As a Tenant Rep specialist, we maintain a clear focus on the bottom line goals and objectives of our clients. Our fiduciary responsibilities to our clients are never compromised.
 
Have been a Commercial Real Estate Broker for almost 30 years.
Prior to that was a practicing CPA for 7 years with various firms including Arthur Andersen.
Since 1990, committed to and have successfully represented only Tenants/Buyers (never Landlords) to prevent conflicts of interest. This, coupled with a commitment to stay personally involved in every deal, ensures accountability and consistency from transaction to transaction regardless of geography.
