General Advisory Assistance allows you to get immediate, accurate legal advice on day-to-day decisions. Compliance and Organizational Audits include a review of employment practices and policies. From data gathering to analysis, with recommendations and implementation of changes, the goal is to work with your staff to address and remedy problem areas. Legal Representation is provided to employers faced with a charge/complaint from an administrative agency, a letter from an attorney representing a current or former employee or a complaint filed in state or federal court. This includes investigation of the facts; analysis; recommendations for action to be taken; and appropriate response. Education and Training is provided so that your company can successfully handle its own HR-related matters. Workplace Investigations are conducted when an independent, third-party investigation is needed in response to complaints of sexual harassment or other workplace issues.

Generally the firm serves as in-house counsel for those companies who need immediate attention to employment-related matters, but are not large enough to have an in-house employment lawyer on staff. These include many small to medium-sized employers and larger employers that require assistance with California employment issues. The firm additionally conducts workplace investigations for larger companies with employment counsel who are in need of third-party assistance.
