Services include 1-Workers' Compensation & Risk Analysis- reviewing cost drivers, proposing practical solutions to lower costs, investigate questionable or fraudulant claims, propose and present safety plans, review workers' compensation and casualty insurance coverage levels, retentions and options to finance risks; 2-Legally required documentation including Illness and Injury Prevention Plans, Disaster and Emergency Plans and Fire Plans; 3-Conduct Accident investigations as well as sexual harassment or discrimination/wrongful termination investigations; 4-Provide "virtual human resource servies" on an out-source basis; 5- Conduct human resource compliance audits and supply corrective responses including documentation and training.
 
Clients range from employers with full time human resources staff needing back up expertise in safety, workers' compensation or legal compliance to smaller employers needing the full range of human resource services other than recruiting and payroll.
