Riverbrook Capital was formed in July 2011 to provide outstanding advice and perspective to business owners that want to maximize shareholder value.
We work primarily with companies generating $2 million to $10 million of EBITDA. Half of our clients are long-term relationships where we provide strategy and operating advice and well as financial advice. Our other clients desire our services purely for purposes and executing transactions.
