I have been representing companies, investors and high net worth individuals for over 20 years in all aspects of corporate, securities and finance law. I started my career as an attorney at the premier venture capital law firm of Testa Hurwitz and Thibeault LLP in Boston, and went on from there to be a partner at both Peabody & Arnold LLP and the Boston office of Edwards & Angell LLP (now Edwards, Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP). I relocated to California in 2002 and I am admitted to practice in both California and Massachusetts.
I have a wide range of experience in equity and debt transactions, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, public offerings and secured lending transactions both in the United States and internationally. I have a unique depth of experience having practiced law on both coasts and through both up and down economic cycles. While I enjoy complex, challening and high stakes transactions, I truly enjoy getting to know my clients on a personal level and helping them achieve their goals.
