CONCEPTS is unique in our field in our approach to finding the "match" between the residential community and our clients. Our services and dedication to their needs begin from that first phone call through the successful move, but it need not end there. We are forever linked to the senior and families, as needed. We work together to achieve peace of mind and heart for all concerned and above all, premium care and dignity for that all-inportant senior.

It is important to know that our services are FREE to our clients. Our specific services: we interview, listen, learn and ultimately, select a manageable group of small homes or large retirement communities that best suit our senior's needs, including physical, psycho-social, ethnicity and religion, personality, interests, location and of course, with great respect paid to their financial abilities. Our goal is to find the PERFECT MATCH. We provide extensive phone conversations anytime. We are available 7 days/week. For the family who needs our companionship in visiting the selected list of places we refer, we will accompany them to tour. For that particular service only, there is an hourly charge, except in pro bono cases where the client is exceptionally low income and have no other way to visit. Everyone needs and deserves food and shelter.

I used to think that in this industry, it would be assumed that our clients would always be old....not always true, anymore. With more recognition of early dementia, our clients range from their late '50s to the blessed who see their century birthdays and beyond. They can be alert, active and interested in a full day of fun or on the other end of the spectrum, they can be in need of hospice care. The usual is over 62 (definition of senior for these purposes), still laughing and living a full life or the most frail. They can be affluent or subsisting on SSI. We do our best to serve them all. We deliver heart.

In addition to the admin/exec. office in Woodland Hills (Warner Center), CONCEPTS has six satellite locations, technically home offices. Our model is that each housing consultant is a trained/knowledgeable person living in the neighborhood they represent. Thus, the client and the CONCEPTS liaison "talk the same talk". Our administrative staff is in the Warner Center office. Everyone else is hither and yon, north from Ventura County and Santa Clarita,south to Long Beach, east from San Gabriel and west to the beach.
