I practice Estate Planning and Adm utilizing trusts considering tax ramifications. Of equal importance is my practice of all aspects of real estate and General Counsel and transactional work for business entities.
My practice, although it appears to be divergent, is actually interrelated. I represenat business owners in all aspects of their enterprises from contracts, to disputes with clients to leases or ownership of their premises. This is many time related to either the acqusition or disposal of real propery. These individuals, as well as others, each requires and Estate Plan.
The services I render run the gamut from the daily contact with business owners for the opportunity presented to them to the negotiation, documentation and Closing of the transfer of industrial or comericial real property. At the same time I am lookig after the personal needs of the business owners/managers and assisting in the planning and inclimentation of their estate.
The most common client I have owns a business. He or she have day to day legal issues that arrise. At various junctures they need to lease or acquire real property. Most of my clients a mid-sized businesses with a gross of $2,000,000 to $20,000,000. Individualy my Estate Planning clients range from the lowest executive to the owner.
I reneder services to a wide range of companies. What the company produces or sells impacts the types of question I receive but not the legal process in analyzing and advising on them.
