The Offices of Michael H. Raichelson has consulted on and handled hundreds of consumer and business related bankruptcies. They also have represented numerous creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, including Relief from Stay proceedings.
Mr. Raichelson graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law. Since then, he has taught numerous paralegal and legal classes and lectured to elementary, junior high school, and high school students regarding their legal rights and responsibilities. As an attorney-coach for the Constitutional Rights Foundation, he educated high school students concerning trial skills, and he has also served on the Board of Governors for United Cerebral Palsy.
Mr. Raichelson is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the California Bankruptcy Forum, the Los Angeles County Bankruptcy Forum. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Ventura County Bar Association.
