For my whole career, my practice has been limited to labor and employment law. Before becoming a lawyer, however, I was a mid-level manager. As a result, I bring practical and real-world solutions to workplace problems and conflict. I often view my role as helping my clients navigate the "minefields" of the employment relationship, and I do so with sensitivity and creativity.
I represent clients who are in need of labor and employment law representation. My practice covers the entire spectrum of the employer-employee relationship, with the exception of Workers' Compensation issues. When Workers' Compensation issues are presented, I refer clients to a well-qualified attorney in the local area.

My office is based in Warner Center, but I represent clients through the State of California. With the use of modern technology, I have found that geography is not an impediment to effective client representation.
