She is one of the original partners of L/B/W. Her responsibilities include sales, and business market development. Mitzi is the CEO and Managing Partner of L/B/W.
As CEO of L/B/W, one of Mitzi’s primary responsibilities is to implement the strategic direction established by the management team. Additionally, Mitzi serves as Sales coach for the organization where she works directly with the sales team to focus on top-line revenue growth for the organization. Mitzi also services as Trusted Advisor for many businesses in Southern California and throughout the U.S. for Risk Management.
