I have been a practicing attorney for 21 years, focusing my practice on employment law. I represent both employees and employers in pre-litigation and litigation matters. I also act as a mediator of employment disputes, doing so for the Los Angeles Superior Court Party Pay Panel, for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and privately.
Traditional law firm services for employment matters. I handle defense of all claims for our company clients, as well as provide advice and training on day to day matters. For employee clients, I provide whatever is necessary for the situtation. This ranges from negotiation of contracts, and separation packages to litigation.
My employee clients are individuals as diverse as a secretary is is being harassed to a high level executive needing help with an employment contract. My employer clients are typically of 25 to 100 employee size, with the occassional large company.
