I have been practicing law since 1986 in Los Angeles, California. Our office is located in Woodland Hills, and I regularly appear in the state and federal courts in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties, as well as throughout the state for business clients with diverse interests. I am A/V rated by The Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, and have had that designation since 1995. Commercial disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and litigation are the mainstay of my practice.
Commercial collections, creditor remedies, contract and real estate disputes, chapter 7, chapter 11 and chapter 13 bankruptcies for individual and entity debtors, and representation of creditors in bankruptcy litigation, relief from stay and dischargeability matters. I also, handle asset protection, entity formation, estate planning, probate and trust administration.
Hughes & Dunstan, LLP was formed in 2001, and moved from West Los Angeles to Encino, and then to our current office in Warner Center. With my partners our firm offers representation in appellate matters, IRS tax resolution, and transactional matters. We adhere to the highest standards of ethics and endeavor to always place the client’s best interest above all else. A testament to this practice is that I have clients that have been with me for twenty years. Delivering high quality services to our clients, promptly and of good value to the client is our primary concern. I return calls promptly, and copy the client with all documents related to their case!
