Southern California Super Lawyers magazine named Debra S. Frank, a Certified Family Law Specialist, as one of the top attorneys in Southern California for 2009, 2010 and 2011. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Committee, and is the Chair of its Family Law Section, editor of its annual Family Law Symposium book, and serves as a volunteer family law mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. She is a founding member and Vice President of the LA Family Law Inn of Court. She regularly serves as a moderator and presenter for family law programs. She recently completed three-year terms as a Commissioner for the Family Law Advisory Commission, Board of Legal Specialization and as the Chair of the Financial Issues - L.A. She has extensive criminal and juvenile law experience, including plea negotiations and trials in defense of felony and misdemeanor offenses, and adjudications of juvenile offenses.
