My firm was founded in 1960 and specializes in estate planning, probate and trust administration, general business and corporate law, taxation, and trust and estates litigation. There are 15 attorneys in the firm because we have chosen to limit its growth, preferring the intimacy and friendly atmosphere of a small firm to the anonymity and bureaucracy of a large firm. I have been with the firm since 1972 and served as its managing partner for 28 years.

Our practice is devoted to the recommendation, design and implementation of programs which accomplish the following objectives, among others: disposing of assets efficiently by using Revocable living trusts, minimizing estate taxes by using sophisticated lifetime giving techniques, efficient administration of probate and trust estates, transferring business interests to younger family members in a tax effective manner, reducing the income and estate taxes on the receipt of benefits from retirement plans, disposing of business interests among co-owners, selecting and forming business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies and family limited partnerships, advising and counseling business clients with respect to their contracts, leases, employee benefits, corporate law and tax planning.
