A full service mortgage banker that provides Residential and Commercial Lending and is well known for our expertise in Reverse Mortgages. We work by referral only and specialize in relationships with other prof, and their clients incl: CPA's, Financial Planners, Insurance Agents, etc.

We have been in business since 1985 and are ranked in the top 1% of Mortgage Brokers/Bankers nationally. Our focus has been to support professionals and their clients. We work hard to build and maintain relationships and are a preferred broker with many of our investors - Union Bank, US Trust, Bank of Internet, Wells Fargo and Citimortgage, to name just a few.

We are a 100% referral business. What makes us stand apart is our affiliation with tax professionals. We have over 200 established relationships with professional service firms (CPA’s and Financial Planners) in Southern California. We have developed a “safe place” for our partners to send their clients loans. Our goal is to ensure Honesty, Courtesy, Efficiency and to Maintain Promises on all transactions and in all relationships.

In 2001 we piloted and established an Alliance & Strategic partnership program whereby professional service firms have the ability to originate loans for their clients. In 2001 we started a program to compensate the professional for their efforts, and are now recognized as the industry authority in revenue sharing for Accountants and Financial Advisors. All strategic programs fall under PCL Financial Network, a Pacific Coast Lending company. All programs are in compliance with RESPA, the State of California’s Department of Real Estate and Department of Corporations and meet State Board of Accountancy requirements.

Our goal is to be the "safe place" for professionals to obtain mortgage services for all their loans no matter how small or large.

We have a highly competent reverse mortgage director that runs our Reverse Mortgage Divison who specializes in working with Estate planning attorney's and financial planners. The reverse mortgage industry is growing tremendously as our population is aging.

Our two primary commericial representatives have over 50 years of experience and have many boutique relationships with banks, insurance company's, and other conduits throughout Calif as well as the rest of the country.
