Tara Jayde Capital Partners has two distinct business components: acquisitions and organizational fitness assessments.
We are a private investment fundless sponsor firm, formed to acquire and operate mid-size consumer product manufacturing companies with an emphasis on executing transactions with a high degree of integrity.
Company acquisition attributes are: 1. Revenue of $15 to $50 million 2. EBITDA of $2 to $8 million 3. Sufficient working capital to grow and sustain the business 4. Fragmented market with no 800-pound "gorilla" 5. Operating in one of the following industries: pet supply, vitamins/supplements, beauty, skin care, hair care, body care, home decor and healthcare
We also develop and execute organizational fitness assessments that maximize value in middle market companies. The organizational fitness review is conducted on all operating segments of the company through an initial questionnaire that's geared to getting at the obstacles that are preventing it from growing in an efficiently fit manner. Once completed, a SWOT analysis is developed, which leads to an operating plan that's built to "get stuff done."
