As former FedEx, UPS, and DHL Pricing Analysts and Account Executives, we provide an insider perspective into the carrier pricing models and strategies. Through a process of benchmarking we have successfully been able to reduce this line item between 20%-30% ($40K - $500K/year). We also provide a 45-point freight audit to recover refund credits for late shipments and incorrect charges on the carrier invoices. Our clients do not have to change carriers and we are only compensated a percentage of the savings. We focus on Manufacturing, Distribution, E-Retailers, Medical Device, and Biotechnology companies.
Aside from reducing shipping costs, we also help improve efficiencies within our client's shipping processes to create the most cost effective methods.

1. We audit our client's FedEx and UPS invoices to recover refund credits for late shipments and incorrect charges. It is a 45-point audit and it is completely automated.
2. We also have the ability to benchmark our client’s carrier contracts against thousands of other companies in our proprietary database to ensure they are receiving the most competitive pricing available in today’s marketplace.
