In addition to preparing standard testamentary documents such as Wills, Trusts Durable Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directives, I assist clients with more sophisticated techniques utilizing estate valuation freezing plans, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, charitable trusts, grantor trusts, life insurance trusts and personal residence trusts, to name a few. My Department handles all aspects of estate and trust administration, including representing clients in contested and uncontested matters and advising individual and corporate fiduciaries on their fiduciary duties.
