Our firm is a well-established (over 30 years) business practice in West Los Angeles. We provide both litigation and transactional representation in the areas of business, entertainment and real estate. My particular practice group focuses on the entertainment industry, with an emphasis on business transactions for entertainment companies.
|
| |
My practice emphasizes financing, production and distribution of feature films, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, joint ventures and other business transactions for entertainment companies. I also handle all business matters within the music, digital media and entertainment technology industries. My partners can handle all varieties of business, entertainment and real estate litigation. We also have strong practices in estate planning, bankruptcy and intellectual property (other than patents, which we do not handle).

A typical client for me is a producer or production company engaged in producing feature films, or companies engaged in the music industry, special effects, digital media production, post-production, entertainment technology, distribution or any other aspect of the film, music or digital media industries. The clients are typically privately held, although we do perform services for a number of public companies. Our typical client has annual revenues anywhere from $5 million to $500 million, and a typical transaction would be in the $10 million to $100 million range.

Entertainment, Clothing, Steel, and most other middle market Southern California industries. We are also one of the largest representatives of homeowners associations in the state (and probably the entire country).
|
| |
We also have offices in Las Vegas and Reno. These practices are focused mainly on real estate matters, including construction litigation and the representation of homeowners associations (a large area of practice for the firm).
