I represent commercial real estate clients in acquistions, sales and leasing. I also handle the acquisition, sales and day-to-day operating problems of restaurant clients. I assist high net worth, European individuals in the acquisition and management of their personal estates and business affairs. I also represents clients in business formations and business and real estate litigation.
My clients include owners of commercial real estate, including apartments and retail, high net worth European individuals acquiring estates in California, as well as restaurants, corporations, and other businesses.
