Most of the clients in my practice fall into two categories: owners and developers of hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, spas, restaurants and other hospitality assets. While I represent them in all aspects of their business, I particularly focus on the relationships between owners, on the one hand, and franchisors and managers on the other.
The other large portion of my clients are focused on information-intensive industries, where I help them develop, acquire and protect sensitive information, whether relating to their businesses or that of their customers, clients, employees and other key constituents.
