Glenn Arnold began his career in 1987 when he helped co-found BRE Commercial. Over the years Glenn has routinely ranked among the company’s top producers. Glenn has extensive experience in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Additionally, Glenn has expertise in the area of owner/user sales. Both within his company and among his competitors outside the firm, Glenn is recognized for being one of San Diego County’s most active commercial real estate brokers with respect to transactional volume of building sales to owner/users. Glenn has been published in several business and real estate periodicals and magazines. He also is a speaker/presenter of Real Estate Workshops for Business Owners that include the topics of "What Business Owners Need to Know About Commercial Real Estate in 2012", "How to Leverage Your Next Lease Negotiation", and “Pros and Cons of Buying vs. Leasing". Glenn has presented to numerous audiences including business associations, for- and not-for-profit organizations and consultants to business owners such as accountants, financial planners and attorneys.
Glenn holds the S.I.O.R. designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), an accomplishment achieved by only a small percentage of top commercial real estate practitioners.
