Over the past twenty seven years we have worked extensively as a Certified Financial Planners and advisors to hundreds of closely held companies through out the United States and Canada helping owners plan their futures and provide benefits and retirement plans to their employees.
Along the way we have developed and help others develop a number of trademarked and patented strategies for asset protection and estate transfer as well as unique processes for financial planning and management.
Our process, the Wealth Management Matrix (tm) begins with a 100,000 foot view of the client, their business, their family and includes a discussion we refer to as the Values and Vision Conversation.
Over the years we have worked with closely held businesses of every sort from personal service corporations with three members to manufacturing companies with thousands of employees in multiple states and countries. We have also worked with foundations, charities, religious organizations entertainers and professional athletes both directly and in conjunction with planning for our clients.
I have taught Financial Planning and Risk Management at three Universities, authored articles and done expert testimony on financial planning, employee benefits, life insurance and broker and agent liability
