Changing or adding to a family is an already stressful process. While I started off as a litigator, I have sought to reduce my clients’ stress by focusing on alternate models of handling family law matters, including mediation, collaborative divorce, “divorce coaching” and helping self-represented litigants. I also specialize in the area of family formation, including guardianships, second parent adoptions and surrogacy agreements. My practice is primarily “transactional family law” – including drafting of agreements (pre and post nuptial agreements), counseling , and strategy.
