SoCal IP Law handles intellectual property matters (patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licenses and IP-related business transactions) for high-technology and high-growth companies and start-ups. Most of my work involves patent and trademark litigation, often outside Southern California. I render patent and trademark clearance and infringement opinions and do IP due diligence supporting acquisitions. I prepare patent and trademark applications to protect intellectual property assets in the U.S. and internationally. I concentrate on mechanical inventions and work with colleagues on the electronics and software inventions.
