Our estate planning practice serves individual clients with a range of wealth from high net worth to more modest estates. We represent both individuals and corporate fiduciaries in our probate and trust practice. We handle estates both large and small with no absolute minimum size requirement.

I support other attorneys, accountants, investment managers and real estate professionals whose clients do not have current and up to date estate plans in place (usually after discovery that assets are held in the client's individual name.) I work with real estate professionals to clear title to real property held in the name of a deceased owner. I represent banks as Trustees, Conservators and Personal Representatives of decedents' estates.
