I am the managing partner of Ferguson Case Orr Paterson LLP. We are a general practice law firm with 27 attorneys located in Ventura. I specialize in business litigation, including employment disputes, shareholder/partner litigation, and trade secrets. We represent clients primarily in Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, Los Angeles County, and San Luis Obispo County, although we appear in courts statewide.

I provide legal services on a range of business litigation matters. I represent employers in employment matters, such as wage and hour disputes and wrongful termination claims. I have extensive experience in trade secrets litigation. I handle disputes among shareholders and partners. I also represent clients in a variety of contract disputes. I also have extensive experience with claims under Business & Professions Code Section 17200, the so-called "Unfair Competition Law."
