I am currently Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Travers Realty Corporation. I specialize in Industrial real estate which is warehouses and manufacturing facilities. I represent clients who wish to purchase, sell and lease properties. I am based in the greater Los Angeles marketplace but my firm has international affiliations.

My clients range from local companies based in the greater Los Angeles marketplace to international corporations with multiple locations. However, since Southern California is the largest industrial real estate market in the United States, most of my business is based here.

Since I have been active in commercial/industrial real estate for over 25 years, there are not many industries I have not been exposed to. I have done numerous transactions with warehousing and distribution companies, manufacturers, steel companies, medical offices, non profit and governmental agencies, and import/export entities to name a few.

The Travers Realty Company has offices in Downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Orange County, Vernon and San Francisco. I manage the Vernon office.
