Audrea represents multinational corporations and emerging companies with respect to a wide range of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions for foreign national employees and executives, including applications for labor certification for professional employees, and permanent residence petitions for executive, managerial and extraordinary ability employees, and outstanding researchers, and applications for permanent residence on behalf of foreign nationals and qualified dependents. She also advises permanent resident and U.S. citizen employees on retention of status and naturalization issues raised by global deployments. Audrea also counsels human resources personnel and in-house counsel on immigration compliance matters, such as Department of Labor labor condition requirements, employment eligibility documentation, document abuse, unfair immigration-related employment practices, and export control issues, and reprepresents clients during government audits. She regularly conducts immigration compliance training to human resources personnel, and client management. Audrea’s practice also involves assisting individual entertainers, artists and athletes as well as production companies and athletic organizations in securing visas for foreign talent to perform and work in the U.S. Audrea was admitted to the California State bar in 1998, and the Ontario, Canada bar in 1997. She is also admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits.
