Our primary focus is representing employees. We occassionally represent employers looking for an efficient way to resolve their cases.
We represent individuals who have been discriminated against by their employers(race, national origin, religion, medical condition, mental disability, sex, including sexual harassment, pregnancy...).
We also represent individuals who have been paid improperly in wage and hour matters.
With our personal injury practice we only handle cases involving serious injuries. If a person has a soft tissue case then they will be better suited with another firm.
We are trial attorneys so we represent clients in civil litigation through trial.
We also represent clients in negotiating severance packages.
We represent a wide range of individuals, from blue collar workers making minimum wage to officers of corporations making annual salaries in excess of one million dollars.
There is no particular industry we serve. If they are employees we serve them.
