I have been in the escrow industry 34 years; owned an independently licensed escrow company for 10 years, and handle all forms of escrow transactions, including REO, residential resale, refinance, tract/subdivision work, commercial property sales and residential income transactions. I specialize in Court appointed probate transactions, decedent trust sales, conservatorship sales and Independent Administration of Estates Act sales.
