In representing clients who are experiencing family law problems, the attorneys in our firm not only work to obtain the client’s desired results but to ameliorate their circumstances by educating them about the law, discussing tactics and strategies of managing their case, referring to collateral professionals and providing practical advice for dealing with the changes in their lives. Our attorneys want to involve the clients in their own case in a positive, interactive relationship in which, at the end of the case, the clients feel that the attorney was responsive to their needs, informative and helpful.
Our firm provides a full range of family law services: pre- and post-nuptial agreements, resolution of all aspects of divorce and separation (property division, child and spousal support, child custody and visitation), as well as post-judgment issues that arise, all using a variety of approaches (litigation, collaboration, mediation)
