Mr. Gauthier worked for several years in the retirement investment industry before going to law school to become an estate planning attorney. After working several years in a class action litigation practice, Mr. Gauthier started his own solo-practice in estate planning assisting clients with a variety of unique circumstances.

Legal services provided include the drafting of traditional revocable trusts, non-citizen estate plans (QDOTs), foreign assets, business interests, spousal property agreements, revocation and/or amending existing estate plans, forming LLCs for real property interests, and incorporating real estate from other jurisdictions into clients' California estate plans. Mr. Gauthier’s practice also includes advanced estate planning such as Qualified Personal Residence Trusts (QPRTs), Irrevocable Life insurance Trusts (ILITs), in addition to uncontested probate, and trust administration.
