Jennie began her real estate career in 1983. Since then she has experienced 4 distinctly different markets and gained both the experience and skills needed to work successfully in any market. Over the years, Jennie has represented more than 1000 buyers and sellers of residential and multi-family properties. In addition to traditional real estate transactions, she has worked with attorneys handling probate and trust properties for their clients. Jennie also has represented a number of foundations in the sale of properties for which they are the beneficiaries or trustees of the property. She is knowledgeable of the process, understands title and escrow requirements and how to obtain the best result for her clients. Throughout her career, Jennie has continued to enhance her skills by acquiring credentials which expand her expertise so she can offer greater value to her clients. She is a Broker, has an E-Pro credential, a Graduate credential and an Senior Residential Specialist credential. The E-Pro shows she knows how to effectively use the Internet to market and sell properties. The GRI credential is given for advanced courses in everything from financing to specialty transactions such as probates, trusts, 1031 exchanges. The SRES credential is given after completing a series of courses designed to identify and understand the special needs of senior buyers and sellers. Today Jennie uses a number of tools to obtain top dollar for her clients so they can buy or sell in a short amount of time. For sellers, she has a Pre-Marketing Campaign that assists sellers to prepare their homes for sale. She helps them identify improvements that will result in the highest selling price. For buyers, she has the Success system that identifies homes in areas where the buyer most wants to purchase, and these homes may not even be on the market yet.
