We design, implement and administer retirement plans for businesses from single person operations to several thousand employees, specializing in Cash Balance Plans and dual plan designs that maximize benefits for owners and key employees. Consulting on special projects like Internal Revenue Service audits, Department of Labor investigations, and delinquent filings are a specialty at which we excel. Liden, Nestle, Soled & Associates, Inc. provides full scale consulting and administration services for qualified retirement plans including Cash Balance, Defined Benefit, Target Benefit, Money Purchase, Profit Sharing and 401(K) Plans. Our services include providing plan documents and amendments, and preparing submissions for the IRS for Determination Letters. Recommending appropriate plan designs is key to the establishment of an appropriate retirement program. Our customary annual administration services include reviewing census information, determining the necessary/allowable contributions, performing necessary compliance tests, and communicating the results in an understandable manner. Preparation of the EFAST2 5500 filings and required attachments are included services. We also provide employee notifications as required by IRS rules and regulations. Assisting employers in keeping their plans compliant and up to date with IRS and DOL requirements is an important part of what we provide to the client.
 
Our ideal client varies from a sole proprietor to businesses with a few thousand employees.
