We deal with banking, real estate, landlord, sales, manufacturing, and import-export clients around the world. Recent clients include the seller-financier of a 400-acres real estate project in Austin, Texas, the Fresno-based installer of a call center, an oil producer in Bakersfield, Texas-based a wind turbine development and operator, a Southern California based recycling business, several importers of electronic goods from China and Korea, and various retail establishments. Some matters require our expertise in bankruptcy while many call for just plain common sense and a means of stopping the financial bleeding.
