The law firm where I am a partner, Greenberg Glusker, is a business law firm of 75 lawyers located in Century City. The firm has a diverse practice with heavy concentrations in entertainment, real estate, environmental, corporate, estate planning and business litigation. I am a corporate lawyer and a member of the firm's Business and Tax Group. I specialize in mergers and acquisiton, licensing, the formation of new business entities, partnerships and joint ventures.
