David M. Murphy is a criminal defense attorney representing clients throughout California in both state and federal courts. Mr. Murphy has a great deal of experience in representing businesses and individuals charged with white collar crimes. A large part of his practice is also dedicated to representing individuals facing DUI and drug related charges.
We represent both individuals and businesses facing a vast array of charges, ranging from white collar crimes to DUI and drug offenses in both state and federal courts. Additionally, we often assist businesses with internal investigations to detect wrongdoing and assist with compliance issues.
Our primary goal is to intervene in the investigatory process as soon as possible to minimize the exposure our clients will face or, if possible, prevent any charges at all from being filed.
