Ryan Iwasaka’s practice includes a broad range of real estate transactions. He has worked on the acquisition or sale of a variety of properties, including raw land, industrial facilities, office buildings, regional malls and retail complexes, and multi-family apartment and condominium developments.
Mr. Iwasaka has experience in retail, industrial and office leasing, including the long-term ground leasing of land for development. He has completed numerous conventional and syndicated financing transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.
Mr. Iwasaka also advises real estate developers, including private individuals, public and privately held corporations, investment funds, and real estate investment trusts.
