The purpose of having a grounded real estate strategy first is to open the opportunity to act deliberately in identifying and executing the tactics necessary to achieve your objectives. Conversely, it prevents us from engage in the real estate transactions – or tactics – that ensure we fall short of our goals.
We help companies and individuals who are involved in land or commercial real estate transactions - such as buying, selling, exchanging, leasing, developing, gifting or managing - design strategies that enable them to transact effectively to achieve their business and financial objectives.
Our clients are companies or individuals that have real estate holdings or have ambitions to transact in real estate. We help design the strategies and execute the tactics necessary to achieve their ambition. Our clients' goals vary widely and may include, for example: achieve shareholder returns, build wealth, create future cash flow, sell/buy a business, bequest property to family trusts, etc.
Most of our clients come from referrals from professionals and others with fiduciary responsibility to their clients. This includes professionals interested in helping their clients make most powerful real estate decisions possible, such as CPA’s, attorneys, architects, real estate brokers, business brokers and charitable giving organizations.
