I provide premiere-level litigation representation for entertainment, intellectual property, and general business disputes, and can do so at rates that are extremely competitive with firms even a fraction of Carlsmith Ball's size.
I have been in practice since 1998. I began work at Katten Muchin Rosenman, and then moved to O'Melveny & Myers in 2001. I remained at O'Melveny until the end of 2010, when I moved to Carlsmith Ball. I have extensive experience with all manner of entertainment and intellectual property matters, as well as with general business disputes. My clients over the years have ranged from individual parties to Fortune 100 companies. I am very comfortable litigating in state and federal court, or using any one of the many alternative dispute mechanisms.
