I focus my practice primarily on all aspects of qualified retirement plans, 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, multiemployer plans and Taft-Hartley plans. I work with clients regarding administrative issues; QDRO reviews; plan, SPD and amendment drafting; and various plan qualification matters. I also assist clients with responding to and negotiating the successful completion of IRS, DOL and PBGC plan audits. In addition, I prepare many applications on behalf of clients under the various IRS and DOL correction programs.
