I am founding partner of MBV LAW, a 20-person, full service law firm with offices in San Francisco. We are celebrating our 26th Anniversary this year. While I have handled all forms of legal matters in the business area, I specialize in Mergers and Acquisitions and Ownership Transition Planning. I speak regularly on both subjects at such gathernings as the American Institute of Architects and the American Council of Engineering Companies. I am also a licensed CPA, having worked at both Ernst and Young and Deloitte & Touche. My wife and I are avid cyclists and the proud parents (combined) of 7 children and 10 grandchildren.
