Institutions and professionals are my primary focus in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets (REOs, Trustee Sales, Dissolution of Marriage or partnership, Probate, Conservatorships, Trusts, and some Land Sale of the Urban in-fill variety; primarily single and multi-family dwellings (SFD/MFD). However, I have always done a fairly significant business in what we now call 'Retail' or the traditional sales area; i.e., an ordinary seller of a SFD/MFD will call on me to help list, market and sell their home or investment property.
Lastly, most people with whom I collaborate will call on me for advisory or consultation about most things real estate. I then can point them in the right direction if it is out of my area of expertise. At minimum, the business community will find that I am an enormous resource on a variety of real estate related matters.
 
Major institutional banks like Wells Fargo and Northern Trust. Attorneys that practice in the areas of probate, trusts, family law, and real estate law. Ordinary sellers of single family or multi-family dwellings looking to sell for cash or exchange for tax deferral purposes.
 
Sellers of real estate are from every conceivable industry.
