I handle the cases involving the Dept. of Children and Family Services and can put a parent in touch with criminal or juvenile delinquency attorneys when law enforcement is involved.

If there is an allegation of child abuse or neglect made to the Dept. of Children and Family Services ("DCFS") by anyone, including disgruntled or vindictive other parent of a child, neighbors, teachers, therapists, doctors, hospital personnel, etc., I am retained as an expert in the juvenile dependency field to intervene with the DCFS prior to court involvement in order to resolve the matter and/or represent the alleged "offending" or "non-offending" party in court proceedings.
