Linda Beresford practices environmental law, assisting clients with the acquisition, remediation and development of contaminated properties. Ms. Beresford also represents clients in litigation relating to all aspects of environmental law.
I assist both public agencies and private developers in acquiring, investigating and remediating, and ultimately redeveloping contaminated properties. I also assist parties in working with regulatory agencies and represent clients in litigation matters relating to all aspects of environmental law.
We provide legal services relating to all aspects of environmental law.
Our primary clients are public agencies (cities, redevelopment agencies, port districts) and developers. We also represent individual looking to acquire contaminated properties and other businesses that have operations that are regulated by environmental law.
