I am a sole practitioner who represents corporate and individual entities in civil and criminal disputes. I am the sole employee of my law firm and hire other attorneys and paralegals as needed on an independent contractor basis. That allows me to provide my clients with personal attention and first-rate service at about half the price of most major law firms.
I represent clients in virtually all forms of business matters including contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation, unfair business competition claims, partnership disagreements, land use disputes, and insurance coverage matters. I also practice most types of criminal defense. San Diego Metro Magazine has named me one of San Diego's top insurance coverage attorneys for 2011, and I have been previously naemd as a semi-finalist among San Diego's top criminal defense attorneys. In addition, for the past five years, I have been assigned an "AV" rating by Martindale Hubbell for having the highest standards in both legal expertise and professional ethics.
I have represented a wide range of individual and corporate clients during the past 20 years. My current clients include municipalities, land developers, a jewelry display case manufacturer, doctors, accountants, and teachers.
